About Fuel Infusion

Fuel Infusion Helps Reduce EmissionsFuel InfusionTM with Flash200TM works by reducing the activation point of fuel combustion from 600 to 200 degrees.  By doing this, your engine is able to burn virtually 100% of the fuel that is put into your vehicle!  Less wasted fuel means less wasted money! Some of the other benefits from using Fuel Infusion are:

Decreases Fuel Consumption: Lower initial fuel burn temperatures result in nearly 100% combustion efficiency.  This can mean an increase of 10-20% in fuel economy (MPG).

• Removes Carbon Deposits: Fuel Infusion interacts with the component surface of deposits and lowers the activation energy of it’s chemical bonds.

• Inhibits New Deposit Formation: Fuel Infusion’s catalytic process inhibits the agglomeration process which forms heavy deposits.  The use of dispersants and corrosion inhibitors result in smaller contamination particles and lower ash levels.  New engines stay deposit free and older engines become that way.

• Extends Oil Life: Fuel treated with Fuel Infusion produces smaller and fewer abrasive particles and less carbon.  The result is cleaner, longer lasting sump oil.  Oil changes can be up to 50% less frequent.

• Reduces Exhaust Temperatures: With a beginning fuel burn temperature of 200 degrees, exhaust temperatures and engine operating temperatures are lowered.  Less heat results in overall better operating efficiency
.
• Octane Requirement Decreases: Fuel Infusion brings the same perfomance of higher octane fuels to lower octane fuel. It increases lubricity of lower octane gasoline and low sulfer diesel fuel. Up to $.20 per gallon savings from not having to use high octane fuel.

• Reduces Emissions: Carbon deposits are removed and nearly 100% burn efficiency is achieved meaning a reduction in particulate CO, NOx, SOx, and HC. Up to 95% reduction in emissions can be realized.

• Extends Engine Life: Lower fuel combustion temperature, lack of carbon build up, and fewer abrasive particles result in longer life for all engine components.
